3. ADMISSIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
3.1 Course Enrollment: Enrollment in any vocational or professional course is subject to the eligibility criteria specified by the Academic Council of ISD.
3.2 Verification: The “Official Registry” and “Student Verification” tools are provided for authenticity. ISD is not liable for any third-party misuse of verification data.
3.3 Professional Status: ISD provides professional certifications and excellence frameworks. Students are advised that while ISD is government-registered and ISO-certified, the recognition of specific certificates for government jobs depends on the specific requirements of the hiring department.
4. FRANCHISE AND AFFILIATION
4.1 VTP Management: Vocational Training Partners (VTP) and Franchisees must adhere to the quality benchmarks set by ISD (ISO 9001:2015).
4.2 Unauthorized Use: No training center may use the ISD brand name or logo without a valid, active affiliation certificate.
4.3 Termination: ISD reserves the right to terminate the affiliation of any center found violating educational standards or financial transparency.
5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Official Billing: All payments must be made only to the official corporate billing accounts listed on the website (e.g., Bandhan Bank A/c). ISD is not responsible for cash payments made to unauthorized individuals.
5.2 Refund Policy: Fees paid for registration, examination, or affiliation are generally non-refundable once the service (registration/documentation) has been initiated.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Copyright: All content, including logos, course materials, and web design, is the property of the Institute for Skill Development (Copyright 2025-2026).
6.2 Trademark: “ISD” and its associated logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
